    To maintain a productive environment for Woodbury residents:

    • Ownership: You retain ownership of comments you post, but you grant the WRTC a perpetual, royalty-free license to display that content on the Site.
    • Moderation: The WRTC reserves the right to remove any content that is defamatory, obscene, contains “spam,” or constitutes a personal attack.
    • Accuracy: We do not endorse the accuracy of user comments.
    5. Political Contributions and Compliance
    • Legal Status: The WRTC is a political committee governed by Connecticut State Elections Enforcement Commission (SEEC) regulations.
    • Raffles/Donations: Any financial contributions or raffle ticket purchases made through the Site are subject to CT state law, including contribution limits and disclosure requirements. By donating, you certify that you are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident.
